The Plano Community Band is a volunteer group made up of musicians from all walks of life and of all ages. We perform two formal concerts, five summer concerts at Haggard Park, and several other concerts at other venues each year. Our formal concerts are held at the beautiful Eisemann Center in Richardson, where the band plays challenging music of all genres. Our concerts in the park take our audiences on different journeys based upon themes for each. The park is filled with people who just want to relax, spread out on a blanket and eat their dinner, read a book or just get lost in the music. All of our concerts are free admission. Our goal is to provide free music and entertainment to everyone. Our members share their time and talent and ask for nothing in return. Our reward is the pleasure our audience receives from our music.
